Short Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a prestigious showroom dealership, ensuring all customers are acknowledged and greeted in a professional manner. You will also ensure all customers are dealt with in a friendly and courteous manner and introduced to a Sales Executive.

The Role

Ensure all face-to-face contacts are introduced to a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive must be provided with relevant information to aid them in the sales process.
Daily Sales Meeting should be attended to provide and receive daily feedback and be aware of any appointments and vehicle handovers.
To ensure all customers and prospects are aware of the full range of services provided by the business in order to maximise service and parts business.
To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the products being sold.
To maintain a high degree of customer service at all times.
To ensure the customers waiting area is fully supplied with refreshments and clean and tidy.
To ensure that any customer complaints are referred immediately to the manger on duty
To ensure that trade description guidelines are adhered to at all times in accordance with Company policy.
To ensure point of sale literature is available at all times including Protect and Care leaflets, terms and conditions leaflets and sales presenters.

The Person

The person appointed will:

have an outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
be extremely well presented and have high levels of personal hygiene
have good attention to detail and be able to cope in a sometimes stressful environment
be flexible and have a GSoH
be able to comply with all company and manufacturer’s disciplines and procedures

Salary: £6.90 per hour
